True Guy Dia De Los Muertos Jeans

The True Guy is a relaxed straight jean with a high rise, cut roomy through the seat, hips and thighs and straight from thigh to hem. The fabric is a 12.5oz Japanese selvedge denim inspired by Mexico’s Día de los Muertos. It’s woven on vintage shuttle looms in Okayama from 100% Mexican upland cotton. Rope-dyed short slub yarns give it a textured surface that develops high-contrast vertical fades as you wear it. The selvedge edge is multicolor, inspired by Mexican sarape blankets, and shows on the coin pocket and when the hems are cuffed. The vegetable-tanned leather patch and the pocket flasher carry original artwork by Mexico City tattoo artist José Ruiz (aka Koopa). It shows Camazotz, the Mayan “death bat.” The jeans are made in Canada.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for online store credit, or a refund to your original method of payment. American Rag Cie also accepts returns for in-store purchases within 14 days, for exchange or store credit only.

Vintage items: We do not accept returns for any items of vintage clothing as all sales are final.

Due to the unique and wide-ranging shapes and sizes of our products, all domestic delivery costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location and the services available in your area, by our delivery partner UPS. International orders are calculated in the same way by DHL.

We must be notified within three days of your delivery confirmation, and items need to reach our store within 14 calendar days of your purchase date to be granted online store credit. No refunds are permitted at this time.
