If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for online store credit, or a refund to your original method of payment. American Rag Cie also accepts returns for in-store purchases within 14 days, for exchange or store credit only.

Vintage items: We do not accept returns for any items of vintage clothing as all sales are final.

Due to the unique and wide-ranging shapes and sizes of our products, all domestic delivery costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location and the services available in your area, by our delivery partner UPS. International orders are calculated in the same way by DHL.

If for any reason you are not happy with your homeware purchase, you may contact us via email (maisonmidi@amrag.com) to start the return process.

We must be notified within three days of your delivery confirmation, and items need to reach our store within 14 calendar days of your purchase date to be granted online store credit. No refunds are permitted at this time.
