Established by Ottavio and Rosita Missoni as a small knitwear workshop in Gallarate, Italy, Missoni debuted its first labeled collection in Milan in 1958, and the rest is history. After storming the pages of Vogue, Missoni hopped across the Atlantic and into Bloomingdales, introducing it to a North American market that continues to love its fine knitwear and apparel to this day.
