WOMEN'S WOOLRICH
As the oldest manufacturer of outdoor wear in the US, Woolrich was founded in 1830 by John Rich and Daniel McCormick, setting out to create the perfect fabrics for the wives of hunters, loggers and trappers. Always being part of national history - including supplying blankets for soldiers in the American Civil War, and clothing for Richard E Byrd's 1939 Antarctic expedition, Woolrich set the standard for countless other brands which followed, inspiring up-and-comers like Timberland, The North Face, and Patagonia. Now, it's just as well known for its vintage-style casual clothing as its outdoor wear, and continues to raise the bar for timeless American fashion.
