Founded by Lela Becker and Tim Kaeding, who both have extensive backgrounds in denim, MOTHER's core ideology is to support the freedom for people to be unfiltered, brazen, but above all, amusing. The name MOTHER "plays off the idea of duality" - on one hand, it's nurturing, and on the other, it's frequently used as a cuss word.
